  • You have not completed more than 25% of the course content
  • You have not downloaded or accessed any downloadable course materials
  • The course certificate has not been issued

2.2 Subscription Plans

For subscription-based plans:

  • Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, with refunds available for unused portions of the current billing period
  • Annual subscriptions are eligible for a prorated refund within the first 30 days of purchase
  • No refunds are available after 30 days for annual subscriptions

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Course certificates once issued
  • Downloaded course materials
  • Completed courses (more than 25% of content consumed)
  • Custom or personalized course content
  • Membership fees for completed membership periods

5.2 Course Cancellation

If H2H Learning cancels a course before its completion, you will be eligible for a full refund or credit towards another course of your choice.
